Housing is arranged directly through the NY Arts Program. NY Arts Program handles all billings and arranges all room assignments. Once a student has been accepted into the program, they will receive a housing questionnaire and will be provided details about the rooms, move in procedures and given all appropriate contact numbers. For all housing inquiries emails email@example.com
Check with your home college bursar to understand their policy on billing for the NY Arts Program.
- Certain schools will bill your student account directly for NY Arts Program housing & tuition. The NY Arts Program will then bill your home college directly for all tuition and housing.
- Other schools only bill the student account for tuition and require that the student be directly responsible or NYAP housing. NY Arts Program will then invoice the student for housing.
Please note that if you are directly responsible for you housing costs, all housing must be paid prior to semester start. The housing security deposit is not included in the program housing fee. All students are directly responsible for the refundable security deposit of $500
Your home college can provide information about the transfer of financial aid to cover program costs. The NY Arts Program does not offer any financial aid. If you have any questions regarding NY Arts Program tuition or housing billing please contact firstname.lastname@example.org directly.
For Non Program Students: NYAP leases available space during the fall and spring semesters to college students who are participating in internships or educational programs; college or university groups, and/or cultural organizations visiting NYC to pursue cultural research. All renters must be 18 years of age or older. We do not house faculty. For details about the semester non-program housing and rates please email email@example.com.
